Hi Vicki
Thank you very much for your enquiry, we would love for you to come to one of our classes! Yoga for everyone would definitely be suitable, it is suited for all levels. The price for the Sunday class is £7 and it is a drop in, no need to book as is most of our classes. Look forward to meeting you soon, the Yoga Life team xx
Hi Sonia
Thank you very much for your interest in our lunchtime yoga class. No need to bring anything, we have everything in the studio. Look forward to meeting you, enjoy your class! All the best, Eva
Hi Tiffany
Thank you very much for your message. We run couple of Mummy & Baby yoga groups at the moment, one on Tuesdays at 11.15am and one on Fridays at 2.00pm. Both classes are drop in. We have a special offer on these classes until the end of May – bring a friend for free. I hope you can come and enjoy a yoga class with your baby soon. Many thanks! Eva x
Hello! Myself, husband Pete & daughter June (6) are intereseted in coming to family yoga on Sunday mornings – is it £10 each or £10/family? Kind regards, Louise
Hi Sonia, my daughter will be starting nursery in March so I would like to start the Friday Hatha class. Are there spaces available? Many thanks, jenny
Hi Eva … I would like very much to try your sunday class this weekend? It’s just drop-in right? I’m a total beginner, have dabbled in taiji but want to try yoga too.
Hi Nick
Thank you so much for your message and interest in our Sunday class. Yes for sure please come in on Sunday! It is a drop in class, and you don’t need to bring anything with you, we have everything there.
Many thanks and look forward to meeting you,

I would like to start yoga again, I had a knee replacement in June so not very flexible in one leg yet. What would be the best class to come too. I work in the day time so would have to be an evening or weekend class.
Thank you so much for your message, I would recommend our Wednesday evening class for Beginners, it runs every Wednesday at 6pm and you would be really well looked after! Alternatively our Sunday class that runs at 11.15am. Try it and enjoy. Eva x
