Ashtanga yoga is designed to therapeutically align and detoxify the body. It is performed in a powerful & dynamic non-stop flow, maximising toning of the whole body and increasing all round health, flexibility, strength, balance and concentration. Inner body heat is produced during the practice through special breathing. This, combined with two important internal body locks, induces sweating during the sequence which eliminates toxins and maintains body heat. There is a dramatic increase of energy and well-being. The classes are aimed at beginner to intermediate levels and will allow the practitioner to develop their practice with each session. Everybody is welcome and all postures are tailored to suit the individual.

    • Hi, thank you very much for your enquiry! I think that the most suitable class for you (most challenging) would be Tuesday 5.45-6.45 with Lucy. You can call her on 07770 570053 to find out more and/or to book. Also starting in January we will be running an exciting new class ‘Sports Yoga’ so that might also be an option. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Many thanks, Eva
