Join me for a gentle lunchtime Hatha yoga class. Expect a deeply nourishing class, incorporating gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation and relaxation. A complete reset for the body and mind!
Class is suitable for beginners and those with yoga experience looking for a gentle and nurturing practice.

Short biography of teacher
Tess has taught Yoga since 2009. After having some time off the mat due to chronic nerve pain. Tess dived deep into this pain; she believes was caused from long-held traumatic memories that lived in the body. Since 2020 Tess has healed her body through Somatic therapy, somatic yoga and Dance to release emotional stress blocked in the energy system. Tess is BWY qualified, kundalini and shakti Dance trained.
