Experience a 45-minute ‘Mindful Movement’ taster session with Connie, designed to help you reconnect with your body and the present moment. Through a gentle yoga flow, guided meditation, and calming breathwork, you’ll explore mindfulness and intuitive movement. This session encourages you to break free from rigid structures of a traditional yoga practice and embrace a more fluid, connected way of being moving, really allowing yourself to find an anchor in the body to come into the here and now. This practice is perfect for all levels and those who wish to dip their toes into the world of yoga.
