Take a seated position with your legs straight out in front of you, bend the knees to 45 degrees and place the soles of your feet on the earth, allow the torso to travel back to a 45 degree angle… pause here this may be working your core hard enough, if the lower back feels stable you could lift the feet allowing them to become parallel with the mat, take the hands to prayer at heart centre and breatheeeee….
