CLASS OF THE MONTH: MARTIAL ARTS
Every month at the Yoga Life Studio we offer a special deal on one of our classes. This month we are introducing three new Martial Arts Classes, led by Ben Schorr-Konn. Ben runs two classes for adults on Monday and Wednesaday evening and also a Karate class for children, called Elfin Safety, that runs on Saturdays. Please see our timetable for more details. The price for each of Ben’s classes is £5 or donation! Also if you attend Monday and Wednesday class, you only pay £8 for both! Give it a try and enjoy!
