Every Tuesday evening 7-8.30 pm. A Yoga class that combines dynamic flowing sequences with classical poses, placing particular emphasis on the breath. Practice may include pranayama, meditation, reflection and philosophy, always concluding with a blissfully long relaxation. Small friendly classes enable each session to be tailored to each individual needs. Students work at their own place so all ages and abilities are welcome.

My yoga journey began twenty years ago, when I tried a class at my local gym that sparked the desire to learn more of the magic that is Yoga. After a spell travelling and rolling my mat out in many far flung places, I returned to England with renewed passion to make yoga my way of life. In Brighton I became a teacher of Pranava Yoga, starting my own small class which was interrupted by more travel and motherhood! Now happily settled in Eastbourne I am excited to be able to share my love of yoga with others.
