Beach Yoga & Sauna – a rejuvenating and healthy way to start your weekend!
Discover a new way to unwind at Eastbourne’s main resort beach starting this August.
Located next to the lifeguard station on the Eastbourne picturesque beachfront, treat yourself to a unique experience combining yoga, refreshing ocean plunges and a soothing sauna session. The Finnish-style sauna cabin provides a deep sweat that detoxifies the body, improves circulation, and relieves muscle tension.
We will meet at 10.30am by the Lifeguard Station, outside the Luna Hut of the Beach Box Sauna.
Please bring with you:
Swimwear:
- Our dress code requires that swimwear is worn in the sauna.
Towels:
- one towel to sit on for good hygiene
- another for drying afterwards
Flip Flops:
- To navigate the pebbles on the beach!
Yoga Mat and cosy clothes
What to expect:
10.30am – meet up by the Beach Shack cafe
10.30am – 11.30am – Beach Yoga
11.30am – lets grab a drink at the Beach Shack
12noon – 1pm – 60 minute sauna session & sea swims or cold water bath plunges
