Pilates inspired classes designed for women in their 40’s, 50’s and over.
Whole body program to suit your age and fitness level. You will have the opportunity to take care of your back, pelvis and hips. Beginners welcomed! True game changer – get your mobility back, reduce stiffness, aches and pains. Boost your mood, reduce stress and anxiety, aid digestion, lose weight, tone your body and relax.
If you think you need to get fit first to join the class, you’re wrong – these classes are here to help you get fit! With all the modifications you can progress from beginner to advanced. Middle age is a perfect time to start moving again and secure your future by gaining strength, mobility and flexibility for your bones and the whole body!

Short biography of teacher
Hi! My name is Urszula and I’m in my late forties. Since I was a girl I trained athletics, volleyball and karate, and I have been working out ever since. A few years ago, I swapped Callanetics to Pilates and absolutely fell in love with it. Some Pilates exercises were prescribed to me by my physiotherapist after my back diagnosis. And I can’t really praise these enough. Now, I want to help you get the most out of your everyday life. My classes are designed for women over 40, 50 but if you’re in your 30’s and feel this may be something for you, you’re more than welcome to join.
