Gentle yet effective exercises, designed to help you get fit and leave the studio with a smile on your face. Beginners welcome! With all the modifications you can proceed from beginner to advanced. It’s a perfect time to get moving again and secure your future by gaining strength, mobility and flexibility.
Short biography of the teacher:
Hi, my name is Urszula and I’m a certified Pilates instructor in my late forties. From a young age I was involved in professional training (athletics, volleyball, karate) and have been working out ever since. It took quite a few injuries to get to where I am now, and Pilates has helped me tremendously to get rid of the pain. Now, I want to help you get the most out of your everyday life.
