Join us to be immersed in bubbles of gong sound leading you and your body to wherever they need to go on this day. We begin the session with relaxation and guided breathwork leading into experiencing the many sounds of the gongs. The grounding tone of the Earth gong, the vitality of the planet Mars, the temple-bell geometry of the Flower of Life and the ancient sounds created by bronze. All connected in flow by the deep resonances of Symphonic, Wind and Chau gongs.
Gong baths can bring many people a sense of deep relaxation, serenity, rest, and recovery through a form of meditation using deep vibrations and sound. The gong sound stimulates the vagus nerve which plays a crucial part in regulating our stress responses and in turn can affect our immune system. This deep, meditative relaxation state can help to clear negative energies and emotions, improve sleep, improve motivation and vitality. All contributing towards an improved sense of wellbeing.

Helen is a qualified yoga teacher, concentrating on the benefits of yin yoga and relaxation which she combines with Reiki.
