Join our Meditation for Beginners workshop, ideal for anyone new to the practice.  Shannon will guide you through the foundations, covering what to expect from meditation, some of the science behind it, common misconceptions, and simple techniques to calm your mind and body.

This workshop offers many opportunities for discussion and connecting with others, helping you establish a consistent meditation practice that brings more inner peace into your daily routine.

After the workshop, you are invited to join our 6-week course to continue learning and practicing.  This course is designed to enhance your experience of presence and ease every day.  Start with our workshop and see where a meditation path can take you!

Facilitator: Shannon Hall

Shannon is an experienced meditation teacher with extensive expertise in meditation, yoga nidra and sound healing.  Her passion for meditation inspired her to solo travel to spiritual places across the world, including Bali, New Zealand and Nepal.  Now based in Eastbourne, Shannon guides individuals on their inner growth journeys through both in-person classes and her thriving online community.
