Begin the new year with a fresh start by learning how to shift your state with a simple breathwork technique and unwind your mind through Yoga Nidra Meditation. Guided by Shannon (@meditationwithshannon), this 45-minute session includes 10 minutes of calming breathwork followed by 30 minutes of restorative Yoga Nidra.
