Did you know there are 5 Warrior postures (Virabhadrasana) – all with their own unique stance and required outcome? They are designed with strength in mind, both physically and mentally, quite literally like a warrior.
This workshop takes you through the poses, allowing you to tap into your inner strength, before closing with a calming yoga nidra. Quite literally a balance between Power and Peace.
