What does this course involve?
Every Thursday evening, for seven weeks we will gather to immerse ourselves on the Goddess Path of Awakening. If you’ve attended my Kundalini Goddess Ceremonies, you will be familiar with my Kundalini Goddess style and flavour. Kundalini Goddess fuses gentle Kundalini yoga, breathwork & meditation with divine feminine ritual and shamanic womb priestess journeys.

- Weekly Thursday 1.5 hour Goddess Temple sessions at Yoga Life Centre Eastbourne/or join live online.
- A recorded Kundalini Goddess practice to be done in your own time

This course is open to women, of all levels and experience. This course is aligned to anyone who feels drawn to energy work and feels a call to deepen their spiritual practice. Each session will differ each week, but the structure will mostly will be the same. You will need the ability to partake in gentle yoga movement. I will offer modifications to suit different abilities. We will be seated on yoga mats. Mats & bolsters, cushions and blankets are all available at the studio.

Week 1: Initiation and the Power of Beginnings
The Temple of Hecate and the Dark Moon
- Focus: Setting intentions and opening the path.
- Goddess Archetypes: Gaia, Grounding earth connection & anchoring into self. Hecate Temple– to initiate the new beginning. Guardian of thresholds and crossroads.
- Activities: Opening to Great Goddess & Mother Earth/ womb connection. Ritual for releasing the past, creating sacred space, and invoking clarity for the journey ahead. Kundalini yoga to awaken energy centres and set the foundation.

Week 2: Embracing Your Inner Shadow turning your darkness to light
The Temple of Kali, First Moon quarter
- Focus: Meeting your obstacles & resistance. Exploring and healing the hidden parts of yourself.
- Goddess Archetype: Kali – Destroyer of obstacles. Kali teaches us to dance through obstacles and turn our pain and fear into power. Morrigan – death & magic
- Activities: Cleansing and empowering yoga. Shadow work through journaling, breathwork for releasing stuck emotions. Guided journey to honour and transform fears.

Week 3: Intuitive Opening & Sacred Feminine Cycles
The Temple of the Full Moon
- Focus: Learn how to lean in to the power of the full moon to alchemise your energy & connect to your feminine wisdom & flow.
- Goddess Archetype: Mama Killa, goddess of the moon and protector of feminine – Emotional balance, cycles of renewal, and the sacredness of intuition. Rhea – fluidity & flow
- Activities: Full moon ritual, intention setting. Kundalini & meditation for emotional & mental balance. Third eye activation.
- Activities: Cleansing and empowering yoga. Shadow work through journaling, breathwork for releasing stuck emotions. Guided journey to honour and transform fears.

Week 4: Spring Equinox, Awakening Your Creative Potential
The Temple of the Sacred Flame, waning gibbous moon
- Focus: Unlocking the creative force within and sparking the light within
- Goddess Archetype: Cerridwen – Keeper of the cauldron of inspiration and transformation. Brigid – keeper of the sacred flame.
- Activities: Kundalini Breathwork & movement to activate your creative/sexual energy. Meditation to channel light & divine inspiration. Planting seeds ritual.

Week 5: Radical Self Love and Radical Self Acceptance

- Focus: Calling forth mastery of self. Stepping into your authentic power and expressing your true self. Align with your higher purpose and integrity
- Goddess Archetype The Morrigan – Goddess of sovereignty and courage. Epona: leadership & guidance
- Activities: Kundalini yoga for the solar plexus (confidence), powerful affirmations, Womb & throat healing. Releasing shame ritual. Reclaiming your voice and setting boundaries.
Week 7: Integration and Rebirth

- Focus: Reflecting on the journey and stepping into the new you.
- Goddess Archetype: Isis – Goddess of magic, healing, and rebirtth.
- Activities: Rebirthing breathwork. Healing & transformation to rebirth the new you. Guided Shamanic Journey. Relaxation & gong.

Hello, I’m Katie and i can’t wait to welcome you on to this course, which has been birthed with great goddess! I am a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Shamanic Womb Priestess. I weave together ancient practices to create the energy and sacred space that allows you to access the alchemy within you. I am passionate about empowering & helping women who are being called to embark on a journey of self-love, healing & transformation.
When activated the Kundalini energy awakens YOU to the power of YOU. The practise of Kundalini Yoga has taught me how to work with my energy to live my best life. It is more than yoga, it’s about self-awakening and spiritual connection. Your womb is a portal to reach inside of you; to discover who you really are. When the womb is awakened and healed, you can recognise the depth and Power of YOU, accessing deep wisdom and comic connection.
