Why Yoga for Runners?
I love both running and yoga, so am keen to share my passion for yoga with runners. And hope you can enjoy some of the benefits yoga offers including;

This 90- minute class will begin with a gentle warm-up and breath work, moving into a dynamic flow, building heat in your body as you stretch and strengthen your muscles. Moving down onto our mats to continue to stretch, before ending the class with a soothing relaxation and meditation—an opportunity to fully unwind.

You don’t need to be a runner to enjoy the class, nor an experience yogi, variations will be offered to ensure everyone can participate and benefit.
