A yoga class that is ran at a slightly slower pace, to allow time for any modifications should they be needed for those who are in their golden years and want to improve both strength and flexibility.
I’m aged 71 and have done yoga for several years in Hailsham. I now wish to start a different class and it seems your class would be appropriate for me. Do I need to booking advance for this class? I will not be starting or a month or so. Thanks
