Run by an elder the class begins at a very gentle pace, long relaxation, 30 mins spine awakening and hip opening lying down. It focuses on mobility, balance with a short cardio/strength section and variations for those ‘getting older challenges’. Booking only on 07934 188 651.

    I’m aged 71 and have done yoga for several years in Hailsham. I now wish to start a different class and it seems your class would be appropriate for me. Do I need to booking advance for this class? I will not be starting or a month or so. Thanks
